How to Assemble the Deluxe Attention Grabber Feather Banner With Cross Base

Simply follow the steps below and your feather signage will be flying in no time.

Step 1: Take all parts out of the bag.

Step 2: Choose the location for the feather flag sign display on a flat area of ground or flooring, and spread the legs to set the Cross Base in the right position. For outdoor use, fill the Ballast Bag with water, and place over the Cross Footer.

Step 3: Assemble Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Place the footer of the Top Pole firmly into the opening on the top side of the assembled Bottom Pole.

Step 4: Set the Cap end of the Top Pole into the bottom of the Flying Banner. Slowly slide the Pole into the Banner until the End comes to the top side. Move the Cap into the reinforced place at the top end of the Flying Banner and be sure that it is completely in.

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Strings at the bottom of the Flying Banner. The top of the Shaft will bend as the Banner is pulled into position. Tie the Pull Cords securely to the Banner Tie-Down Clip near the bottom of the Completed Shaft. Loosen the thumb screw on the Banner Securing Clip and slide the Clip up or down to get just the right tension on the flag.

Step 6: With the Locking Ring in the upward position, place the bottom of the Bottom Pole over the Locking Shaft on the Spike Base. Press down until snug. Push the Locking Ring downward and turn a little to lock in place, noticing the small notches and channels that keep the Locking Ring from shifting when not lined up properly.

Using the Spike Base, model is equally easy.

Here's How to Install the Deluxe Interest-Grabbing Feather Banner with Spike Footer

Step 1: Remove all pieces from the case.

Step 2: Select the location for the banner display on dirt or grass. Press the sharp end of the Spike Base firmly into the ground.

Step 3: Assemble Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Place the footer of the Top Pole firmly into the hole on the top side of the assembled Bottom Pole.

Step 4: Set the Cover end of the Top Pole into the lower part of the Flying Banner. Slowly slide the shaft into the Banner until the End shows through the top side. Guide the Cover into the double-stitched place at the top end of the Flying Banner and be sure that the pole is completely in.

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Strings at the bottom of the Feather Flag. The top of the Shaft will bend as the Flag is pulled into place. Tie the Pull Cords tightly to the Flag Securing Clip near the bottom of the Assembled Pole. Loosen the thumb screw on the Flag Tie-Down Clip and move the Clip up or down to adjust tension on the flag.

Step 6: Slide the base of the Bottom Pole onto the Locking Shaft on the Spike Base. Press down until snug. Slide the Locking Ring down and rotate a little to lock in place, noticing the small grooves and slots that keep the Locking Ring from moving when not aligned correctly.
